In the Netherlands we spent years installing exactly the kind of setups we now bring to fincas in Spain: networks, security systems, home automation, and solar monitoring. Why We're Here
We moved to southeast Spain because we wanted to — and when we looked around, the opportunity was obvious. Stunning properties with frustrating technology. No reliable internet, gates opened by hand, solar systems nobody had looked at in years. We knew exactly how to fix those things, so we built NextGen Finca to do it.
How We Operate
We're a small, focused team — not a franchise, not a call centre. Every project is handled by the same people who assess it, quote it, and install it. We relocated from the Netherlands to Spain to expand what we do, and we're applying the same professional standards that we've held for over a decade. We're growing our client base here deliberately, which means every job gets our full attention.
